Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar in high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and store personnel.
• Able to move around the sales floor, dressing rooms, and office; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meets or exceeds KPI targets and supports sales plans.
• Connects customers through Polo Connect program and maintains store standards.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Assists with sizing and fitting rooms; helps with floor sets and replenishment.
• Balances tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience.
