Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service to ensure a customer-first experience.
• Understands and strives to meet and exceed KPI targets (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Collaborates with team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educates customers on programs, initiatives, and offerings available.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in fitting rooms and assist with sizing.
• Maintain store standards, policies, and processes on sales floor and back of house.
• Support floor sets and replenishment activities.
• Participate in training on compliance, product knowledge, and company initiatives.
• Balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience.
