Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking Brand Ambassadors to deliver a premium shopping experience at our stores. You will provide exceptional customer service, showcase fashion knowledge, and help customers with sizing and product information to meet sales goals.

As an entry point to future leadership within Ralph Lauren, you will collaborate with a high-performing team, maintain store standards, participate in training, and support visual and operational needs to ensure an outstanding RL

Qualifications

Retail experience in premium/high-volume environments.
Strong communication with customers and staff.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends; travel as required.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service with a customer-first mindset.
Meet or exceed individual KPI targets (SPH, data capture, etc.) and use tools to drive performance.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with the team and uphold brand standards.
Connect customers using the Polo Connect program.
Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
Educate customers on available programs, initiatives, and offerings.
Assist in fitting rooms, sizing, and maintaining store standards.
Maintain store visual standards and assist with floor sets and replenishment (ISOS).
Participate in company trainings including compliance, product, and talent development.
