Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver a personalized shopping experience and uphold the brand’s standards across our premium lifestyle products. You will be a customer-first team member, driving sales while exemplifying inclusivity and fashion expertise in a high-volume retail environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, engagement with store programs, and collaboration with colleagues to meet daily and seasonal goals.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understand sales objectives and meet or exceed individual KPIs.
• Collaborate with team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Connect customers using our Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educate customers on available programs and offerings.
• Assist with fitting rooms, sizing, and maintaining store standards.
• Maintain store standards and perform opening/closing duties.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational tasks.
• Participate in company trainings and initiatives.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the RL customer experience.
• Provide product feedback to Management when needed.
• Maintain visual standards using company guidelines.
• Contribute to a professional and inclusive team environment.
