Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique performance and drive sales goals.
• Analyze store metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Engage with clients on the sales floor to deliver exceptional service.
• Partner with HR and Regional Manager on staffing, onboarding and development.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising and brand standards.
