Responsibilities

• Lead boutique performance and motivate the team to meet sales goals.

• Engage with clients on the sales floor to deliver outstanding service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory, launches, and sell-through.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and onboarding of new hires.
• Partner with HR and Regional Manager on employee relations.
