Diptyque Paris is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our Nashville boutique team and elevate the Diptyque client experience. You will oversee all aspects of store performance, from sales and operations to team development and client engagement.

You will guide monthly coaching, conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to drive omnichannel success while maintaining Diptyque's elegant aesthetic and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury or beauty.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique performance and drive the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Analyze store metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Engage with clients on the sales floor and set the tone for exceptional service.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, product launches, and sell-through.
• Recruit, retain, and onboard top talent and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee store operations, budgeting, and visual merchandising to reflect luxury brand standards.
