Diptyque Nashville seeks a Store Manager to lead our boutique team and elevate the Diptyque client experience. You will oversee sales, operations, and team development while upholding the brand’s elegant standards.

You’ll recruit and coach staff, analyze performance, manage schedules, and partner with the Regional Manager on growth strategies, events, and clienteling to drive loyalty and omnichannel success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury/beauty retail management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique performance and exceed sales goals.
• Analyze store metrics and trends to identify growth.
• Engage with clients on the sales floor and set service tone.
• Collaborate with HR and Regional Manager on staffing and development.
• Oversee inventory, visual standards, and omnichannel initiatives.
• Coach monthly, conduct performance reviews, and drive onboarding.
