Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury retail management experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients on the sales floor, delivering exceptional service.

• Recruit and retain top talent and manage onboarding.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to support business needs.
• Partner with Regional Manager on action plans for the boutique.
• Maintain Diptyque visual merchandising standards.
