Job summary

JAMES PERSE in Highland Park, Texas, seeks a Full Time Senior Client Advisor to drive client development and sales while upholding the brand’s service standards. You will lead by example in customer care, visual merchandising, and store operations as the most senior staff member when management is absent.

You will build relationships with high-end clients, maintain the selling floor, participate in events, and manage open/close procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Experience in retail/boutique environment with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals and store standards.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Open and close the store and conduct opening/closing procedures.
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors.
• Participate in special events and/or projects (e.g. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory).
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining client experience excellence.
• All other duties as assigned.
