JAMES PERSE is hiring a Senior Retail Client Advisor for our Wilmette, IL location. You will drive client development and sales while upholding the James Perse lifestyle, standards, and service excellence.

You will manage client relationships, maintain visual merchandising, and support store operations, including opening and closing procedures. A strong retail background with high-end clientele is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in retail/boutique with high‑end goods and clientele.
• Experience in a 7-days-a-week operation with open scheduling based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Set a high standard for customer service and store visuals.
• Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals, and store standards.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects; open/close store.
• Know local market and competitors; participate in events as needed.
• Adhere to all store procedures while maintaining client experience.
