• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain selling floor, visuals, and overall store cleanliness.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Open and close the store and conduct opening/closing procedures.
• Apply local market knowledge of clientele and brand competitors.
• Participate in events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining client experience.
