Hermès Las Vegas is seeking a Selling Supervisor to drive sales and deliver exemplary client service in the luxury boutique. You will manage daily selling-floor operations, assist with inventory, and oversee POS transactions and customer care to uphold Hermès standards.

The role requires 2+ years in selling or supervisory roles, preference for luxury retail experience, and strong organizational skills with flexible availability. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling or supervisory experience in retail.
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to multi-task and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Open availability to accommodate business needs.
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance.

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Maintain stocking, VM standards, tagging, and replenishment on the selling floor.
• Support merchandise flow, inventory prep, and ticketing.
