Job summary

Hermès Las Vegas, located in Crystal Shops, seeks a Selling Supervisor to lead the sales team in a luxury environment. You will drive monthly and annual sales goals, ensure accurate POS procedures, and uphold asset protection standards while delivering exceptional client service.

You will organize the floor, supervise replenishment, assist with inventory, and support post-sale service as needed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in selling and/or supervisory capacity.
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to continuously multi-task.
• Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Open availability to accommodate needs of the business.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve selling and customer service objectives while adhering to asset protection standards.
• Organize workstation and selling floor; stock items and maintain merchandise standards.
• Support merchandise flow, replenishment, tagging, and inventory preparation.
• Process transactions accurately; manage receipts, CRM data, SKUs, and returns/exchanges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and sales area.
