Hermès Las Vegas Crystals Boutique is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive selling and client service in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will work with the sales team and support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve boutique objectives.

Required are 2+ years in luxury retail, strong relationship building and communication skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining composure. This full-time, in-person role offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to continuously multi-task.
• Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and open availability to accommodate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Organize and maintain the selling floor with stock and VM standards.
• Assist with inventory preparation and monthly cycle counts.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain CRM data, and support after-sales service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation.
• Provide high level customer service per Hermès standards.
