Job summary

Hermès San Francisco Boutique is hiring a Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to assist front and back of house operations from November through December 31st. You will greet clients, support beverage service, and help the sales team with merchandising and stock management in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Role requires strong communication, customer service orientation, detail orientation and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion and composure.
Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

Greet clients on the main floor and determine needs, escort to floor or sales associate.
Assist beverage service to clients in line with brand standards and maintain stocked supplies.
Provide hospitable services (e.g., coloring books for kids).
Support sales team with selling process: hang and return merchandise, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain stock and display standards.
Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
