Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in the United States seeks a Boutique Director to lead a high-end store, grow sales, and develop the local sales team. You will manage the boutique operations, uphold the brand image, and deliver exceptional client service in a luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has multi-unit or high-volume luxury retail experience, strong planning skills, and proficiency with SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/Master’s preferred.
• Multi-Unit or High-Volume experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong IT skills with SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the US and abroad; flexible hours.
• Fluency in French or Mandarin is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee boutique operations and drive sales growth to meet objectives.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the sales team for high performance.
• Protect brand image and ensure exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with regional teams on strategic initiatives and events.
• Travel to support store openings, trainings, and key meetings.
