Piaget boutique leadership role within Richemont, driving sales targets and KPI attainment while proactively expanding the client database (CRM). You will uphold Piaget's luxury service standards and mentor the team to deliver an elevated shopping experience.

The position requires strong leadership, CRM skills, and a commitment to exceptional client care, with flexibility for weekend/holiday retail schedules.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in luxury retail or service industry.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while growing the client database.
• Deliver Piaget experience to clients by adhering to brand guidelines.
• Lead, train and motivate boutique team; spot-coach on selling floor.
• Provide exceptional customer service surpassing client expectations.
