Job summary

Richemont operates luxury Houses and seeks an Ambassador for boutique client experience and sales leadership. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage relationships, and participate in daily operations and events to uphold the Maison’s high standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, flexibility on weekends, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. Travel for trainings and events may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Computer and internet Savvy.
• MS Office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed the monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service across all touchpoints and greet every client.
• Assist with in-store and offsite events and CRM initiatives with management.
• Support daily boutique operations, merchandising, and inventory processes.
• Adhere to security and operational policies and participate in audits.
