Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator to support sales and operations within a CHANEL boutique. The role covers multi‑functional activities, assisting sales associates, managing client experience, and ensuring smooth daily operations to maximize client-facing time.

The position requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist sales associates and boutique team to maximize client-facing time
• Deliver highest standards of customer service and act as brand ambassador
• Support Operations with shipments, inventory counts, and daily re-ticketing
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and handling of cash at registers
• Handle administrative tasks including answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly
