CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor to deliver superior client service, drive conversion and retention, and support revenue growth in a luxury retail setting. You will collaborate with a diverse sales-team, report to boutique leadership, and embody CHANEL’s heritage and service ethos.

Ideal candidates bring fashion expertise, strong communication, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional client experiences. This is a full-time in-store role with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Passion for fashion and CHANEL heritage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new customers from walk-ins and convert them to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to enhance the client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful, consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Take in repairs and maintain follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
