Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a Boutique Assistant for a top luxury jeweler in New York, NY. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact, delivering a premium luxury experience with outstanding customer service and brand passion during every interaction.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, responding to inquiries via email and chat, and assisting with reception duties, while backing up POS and coordinating with management to maintain proper merchandise conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in fashion, retail or related field; or one year in retail/contact center/customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate person within the boutique.
• Handle inbound calls and provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Maintain POS accuracy and assist in backfilling desks and stations.
• Support management and boutique staff to keep merchandise in proper condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service and convey passion for the brand during every interaction.
