Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Tyson's boutique to uphold compliance and drive operational excellence. You will handle day-to-day processes, administrative support, financial compliance, logistics, inventory control, and support policy implementation.

You will work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, collaborate with boutique management, and help achieve KPIs while providing exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of policies and procedures; champion compliance.
• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Manage product movement in/out of boutique including shipments and transfers.
• Monitor daily boutique sales transactions and paperwork submissions to corporate teams.
• Coordinate inventory control processes and support annual inventory.
