Cartier Hudson Yards seeks an Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You will handle transactional activities, inventory control, shipments, and liaison with corporate teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The candidate should bring experience in luxury retail operations and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with availability for weekends and travel for trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily boutique operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor and document financial transactions and paperwork for corporate teams.
• Manage product movement including shipments, transfers, and stock counts.
• Support boutique audits and implement action plans with management.
• Assist with special projects and exceed KPIs.
