Richemont Americas is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the ALAÏA boutique in Las Vegas. You will lead a store team, safeguard inventory accuracy, and coordinate deliveries from central and international stock flows to ensure a premium client journey.

You will drive operational excellence, uphold brand standards, and support leadership with a client-centric culture in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail sales and operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver a client-centric experience.
• Maintain accurate stock and organized stockrooms.
• Coordinate store logistics with central warehouse and vendors.
