Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Las Vegas boutique. You will lead a client-centric team, maintain stock integrity, and coordinate deliveries and transfers from central and international sources to ensure a seamless client journey.

You will partner with store leadership to deliver operational excellence, compliance, and exceptional brand knowledge. This full-time role expects 5+ years in retail and 2+ years of supervision in luxury retail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail sales and operations.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in the Luxury Retail sector with a high affinity for luxury products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through competencies.
• Strong organization, task-management, and logistics skill set.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to foster collaboration across the store and with partners.
• Uphold inventory management standards and ensure accuracy of stock.
• Coordinate store logistics with central warehouse and transfers, including events and shoots.
• Maintain store supplies, adherence to internal audits, and company policies.
