Job summary

Richemont Americas, home of ALAÏA in Las Vegas, seeks an Operations Supervisor to uphold a premier client journey and maintain precise inventory flows. This role partners with store leadership to drive an inspiring, compliant, and efficient store environment.

The position requires 5+ years in retail operations and 2+ years in management, with strong SAP/Excel skills and a luxury retail background. You will manage stock, logistics, and client experience in a high-end setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail sales and operations.
• 2+ years in management or supervision.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
• Proficient computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word).
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lb.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and empower an environment of teamwork within the store and with partners.
• Lead by example and model client-centric leadership.
• Participate in morning briefings and contribute to store objectives.
• Uphold inventory management standards and ensure stock accuracy.
• Oversee stock deliveries, transfers, and stockroom safety.
• Optimize stockroom and sales floor space for seamless client experience.
• Ensure product availability and prompt repairs/refurbishment delivery.
• Follow store internal audit guidelines and company policies.
