Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Fifth Avenue boutique. You will uphold Cartier’s policies, ensure compliance, and manage day-to-day processes including transactions, inventory, shipments, and back-office support to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will partner with the team to maintain stock accuracy, support ecommerce, coordinate audits, and help execute Lean/5S and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of Cartier policies and procedures; champion compliance.
• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Manage movement of product in/out of boutique including shipments, transfers, consignments, and stock movements.
• Maintain quality control and prevent stock losses during packing, shipping, and receiving for high value items.
• Monitor daily transactions and paperwork submitted to corporate teams.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for seamless operations.
• Coordinate inventory counts and the annual inventory process.
• Uphold Cartier standards in boutique operations, vendor management, tools and technology.
• Partner with client-facing teams to manage inventory replenishment and storage.
• Assist with care service responsibilities and monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Support boutique audits and action plan execution with management.
• Participate in daily setup/breakdown for opening/closing and odd projects.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving with management and peers.
• Embrace diverse perspectives and contribute to the network Operations community.
