Job summary

Cartier Soho in New York seeks an Operations Coordinator to drive boutique operations, ensure compliance, and support transactional activities, logistics, and inventory control.

You will thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, coordinating opening/closing procedures, stock movements, and audits to uphold impeccable client service.

Associate or Bachelor degree preferred; MS Office and SAP familiarity; weekend hours and travel for trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Additional language skills are a plus
• Industry experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper understanding and execution of Soho policies and procedures; champion compliance
• Coordinate opening/closing procedures
• Manage product movement in/out of boutique including shipments, transfers, consignments and stock movements
• Maintain quality control and prevent stock losses; proper packing, shipping, and receiving for high value items
• Monitor boutique sales financials and ensure daily transactions and paperwork are submitted timely
• Support transactional flows including ecommerce to ensure efficient operations and client experience
• Coordinate inventory counts and annual inventory readiness
• Uphold Cartier standards in the boutique, manage vendors and equipment
• Assist with client repair flow, reports, and inventory reconciliation
• Support audits and action plans with management
• Participate in daily setup/breakdown for opening/closing
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving with management and peers
• Be open to transversal duties and collaboration across the team
• Demonstrate Cartier competencies and foster transparency
• Embrace diverse perspectives and be an active member of Operations network
