Job summary

Montblanc boutique in Santa Clara is seeking a Sales Associate who will achieve individual sales objectives and deliver outstanding customer service, by building relationships with clients, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations. You will develop a network of clientele, capture client information, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the store's aesthetic quality.

The role requires standing on the sales floor most of the day and occasional lifting or shelving

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales; luxury/jewelry sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
• Capture client information and update relationship records to promote boutique sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop expertise in simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
• Stand on the sales floor for 90% of the workday.
• Reaching to access products stored in cabinets or on shelves.
• Bending to access products stored in cabinets.
• Occasional use of a ladder to reach product.
• Unpack and lift large boxes of product as needed.
