Montblanc Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Boutique Manager to execute the Montblanc brand and drive sales growth. You will lead and develop the sales team, coach on floor and backroom activities, and manage operational execution with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of luxury retail management, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage a P&L. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; knowledge of SAP and CRM systems

Reporting to the Regional Director, the objective of this role is execute and promote the Montblanc brand.
