Job summary

Hermès Maison Madison Flagship seeks a Hospitality Ambassador to deliver unparalleled luxury hospitality from entry to the sales floor. You will work with the sales team to greet clients, manage floor flow, and provide high-touch service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The role emphasizes proactive guest engagement, knowledge of product categories, and collaboration with Concierge/Host for transportation or directions. Previous luxury retail or concierge experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or concierge roles.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule and in-person work at a company location.

Responsibilities

• Create an effortless luxury environment and exceed hospitality expectations.
• Greet and welcome clients as they enter/leave the boutique.
• Manage floor traffic and escort clients to the appropriate sales associate.
• Provide hospitable services and assist with shopping bags or purchases as needed.
• Offer directions and partner with Concierge/Host for car services when required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store and neighborhood; assist with inquiries.
