Job summary

Cartier North America in Houston seeks a Boutique Assistant to support the execution of the client experience strategy within a luxury boutique environment.

You will help deliver exceptional client service, assist with appointments, product presentations, and sales finalization, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong computer skills, MS Office and some SAP familiarity, plus willingness to work retail hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience especially in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Assist front-of-house and back-of-house with activities to facilitate seamless client experiences, including appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization.
• As part of appointment support, assist sales associates to set the stage with discovery and pre-appointment browsing.
• Support the flow of boutique traffic and daily management of the appointment booking tool (RDV) and queue as needed.
