Cartier North America is seeking a Boutique Assistant for the Palm Beach boutique to support the client experience strategy with hospitality excellence. You will help front-of-house and back-of-house teams deliver seamless, memorable service aligned with Cartier values.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, comfort with fast-paced luxury environments, and flexibility for retail hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with technology.
• MS Office experience and SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Assist boutique team with front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Support appointment management and client treatment, including product presentation, gift wrapping, and access arrangements.
• Assist with phone duties and handling inquiries, setting appointments.
