Job summary

Cartier Houston invites a Boutique Assistant to help deliver the luxury client experience that defines our Maison. You will assist in boutique operations, guest services, and the coordination of appointments, while upholding Cartier standards of hospitality, presentation, and discretion.

In this role, you will support front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage the RDV booking system, and contribute to a seamless, memorable client journey across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Promote a warm, welcoming boutique environment aligned with Cartier values.
• Assist front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Support appointment setup, discovery, and pre-visit browsing.
• Manage the boutique appointment system RDV and queue flow.
• Maintain visual standards of wrap rooms and Client Services areas.
• Ensure daily needs are replenished and stock organized.
• Handle phone duties and appointment setting for inquiries.
• Support special projects and compliance with security procedures.
