Job summary

Cartier North America in Costa Mesa is seeking a Boutique Assistant to support luxury client experiences in a premium boutique setting. You will assist front-of-house and back-of-house with appointments, product presentation, and wrapping, ensuring seamless service aligned with Cartier values.

The role includes managing the RDV tool, maintaining displays, and supporting guest services. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality, with strong computer skills

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology; MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment to enhance the client journey.
• Assist the boutique team front-of-house and back-of-house with appointment preparation, product presentation, and sales support.
• Support discovery and pre-appointment browsing to create impactful experiences for clients.
• Manage the boutique appointment booking tool (RDV) and queue as needed.
• Maintain visual standards of wrap rooms and organize Client Services areas.
• Assist with stock maintenance of non-sellables and general replenishment.
• Handle phone duties and process quick service requests including engravings or special services.
