SMCP NORTH AMERICA is seeking an experienced Boutique Director to lead the Sandro and Maje stores on Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills, CA. You will drive sales, mentor store teams, and ensure a premium customer experience across both brands.

You will manage recruitment, clienteling, and partnerships with local businesses, while upholding brand standards and operational excellence. Competitive bonus structure and clothing allowance are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years retail leadership in premium fashion.
• Proven track record developing high-performing teams.
• Strong clienteling and customer relationship skills.
• Experience managing two brand identities and two stores.

Responsibilities

• Leads two SMCP boutiques as one unit while maintaining brand identities.
• Drives sales KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV) and profitability against budgets.
• Develops Store Directors and managers through coaching, feedback and development plans.
• Owns staffing, scheduling, and floor coverage to maximize peak business periods.
• Builds clienteling culture and grows high-value client base across both brands.
• Recruits and develops store talent, aligns with HR on retention and performance.
• Ensures operational excellence and compliance with company policies.
