Job summary
SMCP NORTH AMERICA (US, CANADA) is seeking a Store Manager for Sandro + Maje at Bloomingdale's North Michigan Avenue in Chicago. You will lead boutique operations, drive sales, and deliver a high-touch client experience in a luxury, commission-based environment.
You will recruit and coach a talented team, collaborate with corporate partners, manage inventory and visual standards, and own the business to achieve KPIs while upholding SMCP values.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail.
- Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.
- Prior merchandising experience.
- Natural leader with coaching, communication and people development skills.
- Passionate about client relationships and high-touch service.
- Results-driven with strategic decision-making and KPI focus.
- Strong recruiter mindset and talent acquisition targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead with vision, foster a high-performing team culture and retention.
- Act as brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service.
- Drive clienteling initiatives and KPIs (conversion, UPT, basket size, appointments).
- Oversee front and back-of-house operations and store efficiency.
- Collaborate with corporate partners to align strategies and drive performance.
