Job summary

SMCP seeks a Boutique Director for Sandro and Maje on Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills. You will lead two high-profile boutiques, ensuring brand standards, clienteling, and superior customer experiences while managing two brand identities within one leadership role.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop store leadership, drive sales performance, and build local community relationships to grow demand and loyalty among high-value clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong clienteling background and relationship-building.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and manage two brand identities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sandro and Maje Meatpacking boutiques as one business.
• Drive KPIs: conversion, average sale, clienteling, CRM performance.
• Coach Store Directors and managers with development plans.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and boutique operations for peak periods.
• Build external community partnerships to drive traffic and loyalty.
• Ensure exceptional client experience aligned with brand standards.
