Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a proactive team member to support Sales Associates, maintain the boutique, and assist Reception. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail setting.

You will report to the Sales Manager and participate in the Service Excellence Ceremony, contributing to flawless daily operations and client service standards. Valid work authorization for the USA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates and provide exceptional client experience.
• Handle daily boutique operations and maintenance.
• Assist Reception and participate in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony.
• Replenish selling floor supplies and prepare for opening/closing.
• Maintain proper backstock and POS station readiness.
• Greet clients and uphold company service standards.
