Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-store retail role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven project management experience with cross-functional stakeholders, defined milestones, and budget accountability.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills with data-driven decision making.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage daily retail operations in line with Maison and Richemont policies.
• Lead store development initiatives including openings, renovations, and relocations across the Americas.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to support process improvement and system enhancements.
