Job summary

BVLGARI is seeking a Boutique Coordinator to support our client experience team in Chicago. This role focuses on assisting and facilitating various aspects of sales operations on and off the sales floor, with an emphasis on strong customer service and communication.

The successful candidate will manage store operations, assist the sales team with presentation and transactions, coordinate CRM activities, and help organize in-store events while maintaining luxury standards and a professional,

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and learn Bulgari policies, procedures, history, collections, and inventory.
• Assist sales team with preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, and completing sales transactions.
• Provide inventory support during selling ceremonies and quarterly counts.
• Help organize in-store events like Masterclasses and Trunk Shows.
• Assist with customer service tasks, repair follow-ups, phone inquiries, and maintaining luxury standards.
• Lead CRM efforts, coordinate client gifts, and support seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays as required by business needs.
