Cartier North America is seeking a Boutique Assistant in Las Vegas to support client experience delivery with a luxury, hospitality-focused mindset. You will help create memorable guest moments, assist with appointments, product presentation, and sales support while upholding Cartier's values and standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury boutique environment, including weekends and special events.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with SAP desired.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain exceptional client service standards in-store.
• Assist with client appointments, product presentation, and sales support.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations and daily boutique activities.
• Ensure security and operational procedures are followed.
