Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an Operations/Support role in a luxury boutique. You will assist Sales Associates, maintain daily boutique operations, and participate in Reception duties while ensuring a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years in a fast-paced luxury setting, solid organizational skills, and proficiency with computers. Knowledge of SAP is a plus and multilingual abilities are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Overview

Ideal candidate has at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a fast‑paced luxury environment. Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency in computer skills, excellent communication and verbal abilities to interact with customers and colleagues. Familiarity with SAP software is a plus. Fluency in multiple languages would be beneficial. The role demands a proactive, adaptable individual who can thrive in a dynamic retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the boutique.

Expectations

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates, maintaining daily boutique operations, assisting Reception, and participating in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily replenishment of floor supplies such as shopping bags and wrapping paper to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in set‑up and breakdown at opening and closing of the boutique.
• Manage morning jewelry set‑up and evening jewelry pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
• Maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
• Respect all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding the client experience.
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter.
