Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels boutique in McLean, VA is seeking a diligent assistant to support Sales Associates, maintain daily boutique operations, and assist Reception. You will ensure replenishment of supplies and help prepare for the Service Excellence Ceremony.

In this role, you will handle setup and breakdowns, jewelry pulling and backstock maintenance, POS backfills, and collaboration with Management to uphold the brand image and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates.
• Maintain daily boutique operations and shopping reception duties.
• Assist with opening/closing setup and breakdowns of the boutique.
• Backfill POS stations and maintain backstock.
• Ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition and greet clients.
