Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, courteous and pleasant customer experience by incorporating all core brand values and integrity throughout each interaction.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy via phone, email, social media and/or written correspondence.
• Escalate issues to supervisors to ensure satisfactory resolution.
