Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service and act as brand ambassador.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations.
• Drive store KPIs including Appointments, Repurchase Rate, and Conversion.
• Mentor and coach team members with product knowledge.
• Maintain CRM and client relationships, including referrals.
• Oversee floor operations as MOD when required and assist opening/closing.
