Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Short Hills, NJ is seeking an Assistant Manager who collaborates with the Boutique Director to lead the sales team and deliver the highest level of customer service in line with Dior expectations.

You will open and close the boutique, coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure policies are followed to maximize results while developing new clientele and maintaining luxury standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail experience, preferably in luxury
• 1+ year management experience
• Strong initiative and fashion sensitivity
• Knowledge of luxury industry and clienteling
• Ability to work varied hours including nights/weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and measure performance daily.
• Provide outstanding service to customers.
• Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals for associates.
• Develop and manage clientele relationships.
• Coordinate merchandise displays and adhere to merchandising guidelines.
• Train and coach sales associates in selling skills.
• Lead store meetings to discuss performance, training, and operations.
