Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in management, in a luxury product setting.
• Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
• Demonstration of own initiative.
• Ability to work multifaceted hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and build client base while protecting stock and minimizing losses.
• Open and close the boutique.
• Coach, staff, schedule, merchandise, and maintain inventory.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed to achieve results.
• Increase sales, monitor performance and conversion rates daily.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and cultivate clientele.
• Lead sales associates, train, and conduct store meetings.
• Coordinate displays and merchandising according to guidelines.
• Oversee security, cash handling, and store operations.
