Job summary

Christian Dior in Honolulu seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Boutique Director in guiding the sales team and delivering exceptional service in line with Dior standards. You will open/close the store, coach staff, manage schedules, merchandising, and inventory while maximizing sales and minimizing losses.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in luxury fashion, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, including 1+ year in management.
• Luxury fashion knowledge and clienteling experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and monitor daily performance.
• Coach, schedule, and develop Sales Associates.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory accuracy.
• Open/close the boutique and ensure store security.
